Submitters Conditions and Rights

By submitting news, jobs or other times to EMSNetwork News or Valerie DeFrance, including but not limited to any additional Associate Editors, ("EMSN/DeFrance") submitters acknowledge they agree and understand the following conditions and rights.

EMSN/DeFrance does not guarantee your submission will be published. We reserve the right to publish, not publish or remove items without further notice or explanation to the submitter. While we generally attempt to avoid altering submissions, EMSN/DeFrance reserves the right to modify items TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO spelling and grammar corrections; summarizing an article; removing accompanying - or adding -  photos and graphics.

Submitters must include a valid email address, or other means of contact. Contact information *may be used in conjunction with submitted items and may be within the published submission. *Submitters have the right to request their name and/or contact information not be publicly published. When contacted, submitters will make every effort to reply to messages with 48 hours.

EMSN/DeFrance has the right to contact the submitter for addition information, verification or for other reasonable causes prior to possible publishing. Contact information will not be purposely divulged, sold or traded to any third party for any other reason. EMSN may use contact information to advise the party of notices, opportunities or other matters of possible benefit to the submitter.

Submitter agrees to obtain any copyright permissions that may be necessary prior to submitting or, for original work, by submitting items understands they have released a limited copyright for reproduction/reprint at EMSN.

Changes In Conditions and Rights

EMSN/DeFrance may modify or terminate this from time to time, for any reason, and without notice, including the right to terminate with or without notice, without liability to you, any other user or any third party.  Please review these Conditions and Rights from time to time so that you will be apprised of any changes.
