"HIPAA issues are discussed from time to time in EMSNetwork articles, and there are broader "Legal" sections on some of the EMS websites and in some of the EMS discussion forums. But I haven't found any discussion group dedicated to EMS & HIPAA. Based on conversation with colleagues across the nation is that there are many issues that arise within the EMS community that HIPAA compliance officers would like to bounce off their peers.
