1 killed, 2 injured in ambulance crash - Indiana
At least one person is dead after a crash involving an ambulance.
The crash happened along the Lewis and Clark Parkway near the Green Tree Mall in Clarksville on Saturday afternoon.
Indiana State Police said a Clark County ambulance was responding to a call about an unresponsive person at the time.
"At the intersection of Cedar Street with lights and siren on, they collided with a Lincoln Towncar, spun into the southbound lanes where it came to a rest," Senior Trooper David Scott said.
The driver of the Lincoln was pronounced dead at the scene.
The two people inside the ambulance were not seriously injured.
Crash investigators are working to determine what caused the crash.
