"Ask the Feds": Friday, Oct. 17, 9:30am Room 255: Do you have questions you'd like to ask your federal government representatives? Now you can ask them in person in the Q&A session with the Office of EMS within the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response within the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), as well as invited representatives from the Office of Health Affairs within the Department of Homeland Security, National Center for Injury Prevention and Control within the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the US Fire Administration (USFA), and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). This session will be hosted by Advocates for EMS.

EMS Caucus Meeting: Wednesday, Oct. 15, 8:00 am Room 264: Help build the EMS Congressional Caucus within the House of Representatives! Hosted by Advocates for EMS and Cornerstone Government Affairs, this meeting will provide information on the formation of the EMS Congressional Caucus and how to contact your House representative to ask them to join. Attendees will also be granted time to pose questions about the Caucus and discuss issues that need to be addressed through federal legislation.
