Governor Edward G. Rendell : Third Class Cities be responsible to ensure the delivery of fire and emergency medical services bill - Pennsylvania


 Senate Bill 987 amends the Third Class City Code to provide that such cities shall be responsible to ensure the delivery of fire and emergency medical services through local or regional service providers, or by cooperation with another municipality. The law takes effect in 60 days.
