Investigators said they have decided to charge Scott Leland, 45, with Felony DUI Manslaughter, WESH 2 News reported.
Police upgraded the charge from just a DUI charge after autopsy reports showed the crash killed the patient in the ambulance, Alice "Dee" Ferriell, 77. Prosecutors said they will ask that Leland be held without bond on these new charges. |
