“I am currently attending the Ambulance Service Manager Course by Fitch & Associates LLC, in Kansas City. As part of the course we have been broken down into groups to conduct research projects of our choice that pertain to the EMS industry. Our group has chosen to do a survey to try and get feedback as to why so many people begin a career in EMS, only to move on to something else...or do they move on to something else?
